1. What StockOverlap is

StockOverlap is a stock research and screening tool. It surfaces stocks that pass two independent quantitative checks on the same day. It is not investment advice, and nothing on the site is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.

2. Not financial advice

All content is for informational and educational purposes only. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Past performance shown in the track record does not guarantee future results. Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal.

3. Accounts

You may sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, abuse, or non-payment.

4. Subscriptions & payment

Paid access is billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Data accuracy

Market and fundamental data come from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any data or score.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StockOverlap and its operators are not liable for any trading losses or damages arising from your use of the site.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
